Day 11

I haven't had a chance to post much, it's been a busy week! Here are some meals from over the past week. 21 Day Fix Approved meals!


Mashed Yams (2yellow)
Shrimp (1red)
Asparagus(1green)


Veggies (1green)
Sweet potatoes  (2 yellow)
Salmon (1red)

Whole Grain Tortilla (1yellow)
Cheddar Cheese(1blue)
Mushrooms & Onions (1green)
Tomato Sauce (1/2purple)
Extra Lean Ground Beef(1red)
Sprinkle of Oregano and Basil


MY FAVOURITE SNACK!
0% Greek Yogurt (1red)
Peanut Butter (1tsp)
Mini Chocolate Chips (1tsp)(replacing 1yellow container up to 3 times a week)
One packet of Stevia
Drizzle of Honey

It's great frozen too! Tastes like cookie dough ice cream :)
